There is a talk in allover the internet about the two issues on Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra rear Camera
Those issue are:
1. Tiny Dust around the Camera Lens’s edge
2. A narrow gap between the exterior camera glass and phone’s back body
Honestly, I got checked and I started worrying about my Note 20 Ultra pre-order.
In the sametime, since I am very loyal to Samsung… I decided to ignore this for a while and wait until i receive my phone to confirm for all, whether these issues are exist for all the devices or it is only for devices bought in South Korea. (Note: My phone will be from a different region)
Also, I remember what exactly happened with Galaxy Note 7 (The Battery issue), I bought that phone but Samsung proudly withdraw the device and return our money back.
So that, I am not worried, I am sure that Samsung will hold the responsibility and take the proper actions to solve any issues with their products.
There is no evidence that Samsung left their customers to live with an issues on their products ! Correct ?!
However, I promise to update you as soon as I receive the phone.
I hope everything went well with the Clearance proccess 😅… Since i have just got a confirmation from ARAMEX that the package is in the final stage under the clearance proccess
